Vacuum coating (PVD) is a new method to replace traditional electroplating, which has been used for years in industrialized and developed countries. One of the most important advantages of this method over electroplating is that this method is environmentally friendly. According to the increasing need of our beloved country Iran to improve technical knowledge and produce quality parts in the industrial and decorative field, Azhman Industrial Group is continuously trying to use this coating method and provide new nano-scale coatings with a combination of new colors to meet this need.
The parts coated with this method have good surface hardness and abrasion resistance. Also, they have better corrosion, fatigue, impactability, shine and adhesion characteristics than other conventional methods. That’s why we can guarantee the durability of our cover for years.
